Print Club Refund & Subscription Policy
Thank you for supporting my art practice! Each Print Club package includes a limited edition print, a step-by-step tutorial, and a handwritten note.
Refunds:
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for any reason. By subscribing, you agree that each month’s package is non-refundable once purchased.
Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next month, and the last package you receive will be your final transaction. There is no penalty or charge beyond your final shipment.
Delivery & Timing:

Packages are mailed Standard Letter Mail via USPS

I am not responsible for delays due to postal service, customs, or other shipping factors.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact me at phyllisliao.artwork@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. I will review your situation and may offer a replacement print or tutorial at my discretion.
Agreement:
By subscribing to the Print Club, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and understand that you may cancel at any time, with the final shipment being your last transaction.
