Print Club Terms of Service

Welcome to Phyllis Liao Artwork Print Club! By accessing or using this website and subscribing to our Print Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed on the website.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your last shipment will be your final transaction.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

2. Accounts

  • To subscribe, you may need to provide your name, email, and shipping address.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

  • You are responsible for any activity under your account.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Packages are mailed via USPS Standard Letter Mail for domestic subscribers. International shipping times may vary.

  • Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days (U.S.) or 1–3 weeks (international).

  • We are not responsible for delays due to postal service, customs, or other shipping factors.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, tutorials, and related content belongs to Phyllis Liao Artwork

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the Print Club without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for your subscription.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or missing package. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or website update.
